If you're the highest bidder on any of my auctions and you don't receive an email from me within 2 days, send me an email as it means that my email to you isn't getting through - I will normally send you an invoice the evening after the auction ends. Also, if you are unsure of the total cost, please do not send payment before receiving the invoice, as you may pay too much or too little. Also, please make sure you know what you're bidding on - don't bid on a vinyl record thinking that it's a CD. It should be obvious from the description and auction category, but if not, send me an email. Note that eBay may not allow you to retract your bid if you make a mistake, so if you're not sure about an item, please ask me. Also send me an email if another bidder contacts you regarding any of my auctions.

Terms and Conditions
I will contact the high bidder after the auction closes, usually the evening after eBay sends the end of auction email. If you haven't received an email from me within 2 days of the end of the auction, there could be a problem in emails getting to you, so send me an email using the 'Ask seller a question' link.
Payment is due within 10 days for domestic bidders, or 14 days for international. If this will be a problem, let me know, and something can be worked out.
Payment is only accepted in U.S. dollars, and can be made by money order, personal check, cashier's check, Paypal, Western Union or cash sent by registered mail (if you choose not to use registered mail, you assume responsibility if it gets lost).
After your item has been mailed, it is in the hands of USPS and out of my control. Less than one in a thousand items go missing, but if you haven't received your package I can only suggest that you be patient - if the package cannot be delivered for some reason, it will be returned to me, and I will then contact you.

Condition of items
Records
All records (unless sealed) are visually inspected, spot-checked for sound quality and cleaned with a carbon fibre brush, which eliminates most surface noise due to dust or static, but a proper 'wet' clean is recommended for best results. Note that used records have noticeably more noise on the 'intro' before the first track starts, and is not considered in the record grading. The sound quality of picture discs and some coloured vinyl records are not comparable with a regular record, even when new. Sleeves for still-sealed albums and promo releases will usually have deletion holes/cuts, which is considered normal. Also, still-sealed albums may have tears or rubbing on the shrinkwrap - if the condition of the shrinkwrap is important to you, please ask.
CDs
Compact discs (unless sealed) are cleaned with a soft cloth and played. The described condition is for the disc and inserts/booklet, not the jewel case. Inserts and jewel cases for promo releases will usually have deletion holes/cuts and any barcode scratched to prevent resale, which is considered normal.

Price stickers
I have generally removed price stickers from anything I buy where doing so will not damage the item, but occasionally some residue from the sticker will be left. In a case such as this, the item will not be described as mint.
